Refund Policy

All payments made to StephLab Services are for professional mobile collection services and administrative processing.

Once a service has been scheduled, payments are non‑refundable.

Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:
• Duplicate payment made in error
• Appointment canceled by StephLab Services

No refunds will be provided after a technician has been dispatched or services have been performed.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments (no‑shows) are non‑refundable.

StephLab Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Retesting Policy

If a collection error occurs due to technician fault, StephLab Services will arrange a retest at no additional charge.

Retesting is not guaranteed for:
• Positive results
• Client refusal or inability to provide a sample
• Errors caused by the client

Additional fees may apply for retesting requests that are not due to technician error.

HIPAA & CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

StephLab Services is committed to protecting patient privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and health information.

All patient information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and HIPAA guidelines.

We:
• Do not sell or share patient information
• Limit access to authorized personnel only
• Use secure methods to store and transmit data

Patient information is used only for service delivery, documentation, and legal compliance.
